Aguero On Rampage, Scores 5 Times Against Newcastle

Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero, seems to be at the peak of his game right now as he helped his team defeat Newcastle United 6 – 1.

The Argentine found the back of the net five times as Tony Crul had no answers to the striker’s questions.

City came from behind in the 42nd minute to level-up through Sergio Aguero after Mitrovic had headed past Hart in the 18th minute to give the visitors the lead.

The teams went into the break with one goal apiece. However, it took Aguero just 4 minutes into the second half to give his side the lead. From then, he was on rampage getting three more goals.

Seen enough, Coach Manuel Pellegrini substituted the number 10 shirted player for Wilfried Bony in the 65th minute.

The feat now makes Aguero the ninth player to have scored five goals in the English Premier League.

Roger Davies of Derby County was the first to do so after he scored all five goals for his team against Luton Town in 1975.

Alan Brazil, Ian Rush, Tony Woodcock, Andy Cole, Alan Shearer, Jermain Defoe and Dimitar Berbatov are other players that have previously achieved this feat.
