The Nkwobi is a very popular dish, this side dish is mainly had in the evenings, its one of the street foods that quite a number of Nigerians are really into. This evening meal has been around for as long as I remember and according to a lot of people this meal used to be created with wild animals, bush meat e.g squirrel, antelopes, rabbits, grass cutter etc But now many people use domestic animals to prepare this side dish.
Your choice of meat presently has to do with your preference, many people prefer the domesticated animals like cow, goat, lamb, ram, chicken, turkey etc. Nkwobi is a delicacy made using variety of meat so you could mix all of this meat produce up if you like, you could even incorporate meat parts into the Dish, like I said its all up to you.
